ForegroundLockTimeout Registry Setting

Hello All,

I have a problem that appears to have begun when I migrated my code to LabVIEW 8.5.  My application appears to be ignoring the ForegroundLockTimeout registry setting in that when a dialog window is made to pop-up, the application neither gets focus nor flashes the Windows toolbar button.  The dialog windows are notifications sent to the user and they used to either cause the application to get focus or flashed the Windows toolbar icon.  I haven't really been tracking when this change occured, but we upgraded to LabVIEW 8.5 from 7.1.  Any ideas regarding what is going on here would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris Roth

Hi Chris!

Did you edit the ForegroundLockTimeout registry entry on your computer?  (As suggest in Microsoft's KB, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886217)

Can you see this problem in any built LabVIEW 8.5 exe?
