This is probably explained in the manual but forgive me for taking the lazy approach:
How do I build an .exe version of my fron panel?

You need the Application Builder package, and under the "tools" menu, you will find the option.

With the Application Builder. See menu item Tools -> Build Application or
Shared Library (DLL)... in the Professional or Developer versions of
LabVIEW, or any version with the Application Builder extension (
