GFT9404 delay card

We are using NI GFT 9404 delay card on a NI PXI chassis, in the staus menu, there is an active falut named Oscillator which is on all the time, how can we get rid of this fault? is that a software problem or hardware related to the chassis or card itself?

According to the board User Manuel, this FAULT led indicates one of these errors (page 10 of http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/GFT9404_Manual.pdf😞

- Loss of 10 MHz PXI backplane

- PLL unlock

- Oscillator unlock

To know exactly what error/s you are having, check the Status Windows (page 17). Usually, these errors are owing to hardware problems so double check if the board is properly installed in the chassis.
