GPIB-USB-HS DRIVER

Hi，I try to control our laser with the GPIB connector. I installed the NI488.2 version 25, but the NI MAX showed that the GPIB does not have a driver as below.    

Could I know which version is suitable for this GPIB?

I'm afraid what you got is a non-NI device or a counterfeit.

The Serial Number 15E6A49 belongs to myDAQ.

Thank you for informing me. I don't know where they bought it. It should be this issue that is preventing it from working.
