I was installed to refer to examples of digital communication in the forum, but a (.gviprotected) file exists.

I would appreciate it if you let me know how I can read the file

could you please tell me what is the file format that you are trying to read? Is it ".txt" ? 

Is it created and password protected by other NXG VI?

If the file is password protected then the easiest way is to ask the password from the person who created the file and protected by a password.
