GaGe DSO 82G does not work at full range in 50ohm mode

I am trying to program my gage board, but I can't seem to get the full +/- 4 V range out of it when I use the 50ohm termination setting. Does anyone have any experience with the GaGe 82G oscilloscope board?

The problem is fixed. My board's driver was incompatible with the version of the SDK that I was using. When I upgraded the SDK, it started working.
