I might recomend the tutorial if the op manages to find a copy of 4.0 and run it on a pc from that time. Floppy drive to load the software, Windows 95, a 200 MHz processor, 128k of RAM, 2GB hard drive, and a 28.8k modem to connect to the Internet.

NASA might still have one of those. (Yeah, old story, but I suspect they probably still have some of those lying around.) Or, you could check the White House.
