Generate a finite length pulse train with the 6220

Hi,

I'm trying to control the position (and speed) of a stepper motor. I have a driver; all I need to do is send it a pulse train or clock signal to make it move. The frequency of the pulse train determines the speed of the motor, and the number of ticks determines the position.

I've gotten it to work with the DAQ Assistant, but I need to be able to change the number of ticks, based on the distance I want to move. The DAQ Assistant won't let me change that.

I know this must be easy, but I can't figure out how to wire the MX drivers correctly. I am running Labview 7.1 with the 7.5 MX drivers.

Thanks!

Nevermind. It figures I find the info I need right after I post. I swear I looked for the answer for 3 hours before I posted.
