Generate and count pulse train with mydaq and labview

I am currently generating a pulse train using the CTR 0 out port on the mydaq. I hoping to also count those pulses as well. I have found an anlong counter that works up to a certain frequency, but i need to go much higher. Is the mydaq even capable of generating and counting a pulse train?

MyDAQ has only 1 real counter, so you can either generate up to 100 kHz (200 kHz AO rate, 2 alternating samples) and count fast

Or you can generate fast and measure slow.

What are your data rates?
