Generating sine wave signal using the PXI-e 4467

As a newcomer to using the PXIe-4467, I am encountering challenges in generating coherent sine wave signals and also facing uncertainty regarding the instrument's timing resolution. If anyone has experience or knowledge about the timing resolution of the PXIe-4467, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the information or even a screenshot of a LabVIEW VI demonstrating the process. Your assistance will be invaluable in my learning journey. Thank you!

  • Have you connected your PXIe system to your PC and verified that the PXIe-4467 appears as a module on the PXIe chassis in MAX?
  • If that works, have you tried running some Test Panels and looking at the Analog Outputs with an oscilloscope?
  • Have you tried running any of the Example code that ships with LabVIEW to generate Analog Output signals?

In addition, it would be helpful to see the code your are using to try to generate your sine wave signal.  Since almost all "experienced" LabVIEW developers will have LabVIEW 2019 or 2021 installed (and many fewer will have LabVIEW 2023), if you are using a "very recent" LabVIEW version, please "Save for Previous Version" (and specify, say, 2019) and attach the VI(s) you are trying to use.
