Get a p-v curve from a two-stroke engine.

I am trying to find an example program to find a pressure vs. volume curve for a two-stroke single cylinder engine.  I am using an optical encoder to measure the engine speed and a pressure transducer for my measurements.  I only have a beginner's knowledge of LabView programming so I wanted to see a similar example to use as a guide.  Thanks

Are you more interested in how to display data already acquired from your hardware or on how to use hardware to acquire the data?

Plz describe your hardware.

From what it looks like you have to read one Analog input(probably volts) from a pressure transducer and a pulse output from an optical encoder.

So, if you eloberate on your hardware, we can suggest you better.

I am using a Series E23 Dynapar brand optical encoder.  The encoder format is a two channel quadrature (AB) with optional Index (Z) outputs.  It has a 100 kHz frequency response.  The pressure transducer is an Optrand D32294-Q and has a 9-18V DC power supply and has one sensor output signal.  I am using a National Instruments SCB-68 breakout box to handle all of the wiring.  I am not sure what other information is needed to help.  Thank you in advance for your time in looking at this.

Could you also include what DAQ board you are using?  That will determine which hardware driver you can use.
