I already have openG lib installed here

c:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2020\user.lib\_OpenG.lib

But still I am getting this missing error, why?

When I open LabVIEW 2020 and drop the OpenG Format Variant into String function on the Block Diagram and wire a Variant into its input, I get no errors.P

You failed to post the code that causes this failure.  lease do not post a picture of the code -- we need to see the VI(s) in order to "dive deeper" into what might be causing your problem.
