You appear to have multiple versions of LabVIEW on the machine you are using.  If you continue having difficulties, you might try uninstalling all NI Software (using NIPM) and reinstalling LabVIEW 2023Q3.  When you do install, resist the temptation to "install everything" -- install the basics (LabVIEW, DAQmx, VISA) and specific Toolkits you need "right now" (possibly Vision, IMAQdx), and go easy on the Additional Features.
