I assume you are seeing this error message after searching the NI website. Please in future can you give us more information as to what you are trying to do, the steps you have already taken.
In any event, if you want to download drivers and updates, please can you go to
www.ni.com/downloads and then select Drivers and Updates.
If you want the LabVIEW 8.5 run-time engine please go to this
page.
If you want the LabVIEW 8.2.1 run-time engine please go to this
page.
You will need to be logged in to your MyNI profile.
