Got error -2147220597 when downloading FPGA bit file to NI 9068

The detail message is

Operation failed! 

Error -2147220597 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):
NI System Configuration: (Hex 0x8004038B) The specified firmware was not successfully installed. See the output parameters for more information.

The code worked untill I recompiled the bit file and downloaded it. 

Didn't find any related posts. Anyone has had similar issue and knows the cure.

I was able to find one instance of this error. It looked like latest NI-RIO driver was able to fix this issue.

What version of LabVIEW and NI-RIO driver are you currently using?

I would recommend upgrading to the latest NI-RIO driver that is compatible with your LabVIEW version. Refer to this table:

Found the issue was that the NI RIO drivers on my PC, where the FPGA code was compiled, and on hardware are not same. 

Error message is not quite relavant.
