Graphing for an AI DAQmz does not function properly.

I have a VI in which I am running both AO and AI simultaneously. They are running simultaneously, the only problem is my AI graph does not show a continuous waveform, it shows spaced out dots. I thought maybe if I changed my AI to continuous rather than N samples that may solve the problem but I get an error that says I have overwritten the data. Then if I try increasing the number of samples, it still graphs the same thing. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem? I appreciate any help that you could give. I have attached my VI for reference.

Are you using this for Electrophoretic Seperation. You may want to use the traditional method of reading Anolog input. Because I found that the new DAC assistant hates working with them. Anyways I hope the file I attached helps you out. Its yours but modified using older method. You could always do this the other way. If timing is and issue then add the error outs of the anolog out to the stuff I added this will make sure everything goes in order

found it I guess I didn't pay attention where I save it because I left it in the "Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\UQQPTPSY "

Thanks for the code. However, there is a problem. The while loop for the AI continues while the AO stops to wait for the AI to finish before continuing. Therefore, nothing shows up on any of the graphs.

Ya I thought that would be a problem can the card you use support Analog output waveform being sent to it. Ok I think you will find some examples if you search for it. I have a meeting now try to find example in the NI help

Ok I was thinking its looks like you wish always output the same wave form right what if you had and array table. For the outputs that way you could change your injection times and gate times
