Graphs wont save plot names

Hi, i'm using a total of 6 xy graphs, with mulitple axis's on. For some reason 2 of the 6 graphs will not save the plot names. So when i come to run the vi again is has lost the graph plot properies. and will not graph the lost plots. Anyone know why this is happening? Please see images for differences.

Difficult to makeout from the FP image.Why dont you post the code that saves this info?
