HBN tw20N torque transducer to CB-68LP collector board wiring

Has anyone used an HBN tw20N torque transducer with a CB-68LP collector board? If so, can you give me the pin to connector mapping? I'm asking for a friend and I don't have the HW in front of me but I can play the go-between.

The CB-68 is just a dumb terminal block. The connections totally depend on the actual DAQ card you are using. Look up the pin numbers in your manual.
