Contrary to what you might think, this forums is for help with programming. It is not a homework service that provides professional turnkey solutions for free.
If you have problems with this very simple task, you should start with a few tutorials. Try to solve it! If you get stuck, show us your attempt and we will tell you what you are doing wrong.
Your problem is also very ambiguous, because there is an infinite number of different parabolas that fit the description. You need at least three points to define a unique parabola.
