HOW TO USE REAL TIME SYSTEM MANAGER FOR A EXE RUNNING IN PXI RT 8186 CONTROLLER?

Hi all,

I am running an exe in pxi 8186 rt controller. I want to track the amount of memory the VI has been using during the execution.

Is this possible with real time system manger or some other tool is available for this?.

Tell me the procedure to get the memory information for a exe running in rt target.

Hi,

You can observe the data for executables with the RTSM. Just be sure to first go to the Tolls>>RT Taget [x.x.x.x] Options and configure the VI Server to use TCP. Then add your desktop machine to the Access List on the TCP/IP Access tab. Now VI server should be able to export the info. about the executable.

Thanks for the reply. We configured the VI server and the desktop machine in the acess list. Now we are able to get the information about the EXE.
