HTML Embedded LabView Panel

When embedding a LabView panel into a webpage (which is no problem), it seems to block out other code.
Namely, layers.

When a layer is placed overtop the LabView application, it won't display at all.
However, when the layer is placed elsewhere on the page, it will display fine.

Has anyone run into this problem, or know why the application won't let layers display?
(The option to embed the layer's data is neither an option or feasible to place into the LabView application.)

Hello Avalerion,

Are you using Web Publishing Tool to embed the front panel of your VI in an HTML file, and then customizing that HTML? Could you attach a simple example/html page with layers that doesn't display the LabVIEW front panel?
