I'm hoping for some immediate details on what you are trying to do. Is this using remote panels? Is this what you get from the pc with LabVIEW on it and where you created it?

That screenshot doesn't show much information, but here are some guesses:

1) You don't have the LabVIEW web-browser plug-in installed.  Download and install the version that matches your version of LabVIEW.  For LabVIEW 2011 Windows 32-bit, you can download it from http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2531/lang/en

2) You have the plug-in installed but it is not enabled; check your web browser settings.

3) Maybe the plug-in doesn't support Chrome?  (I don't know, never tested it.)
