Half Cycle RMS Block

How can I add the electrical power suite to LabVIEW 2010 version ? I want to make use of the 'Half Cycle RMS' block.

I couldn't find any ElectricalPowerSuite for LabVIEW 2010, LV2011 seems to be the earliest supported version.

Why don't you call your local NI sales guy and ask there about your needs?
