Hamamatsu EMCCD camera 9100-13 not detected by NI MAX

Hi,

can someone tell me why the NI MAX software can not detect the HAMAMATSU EMCCD 9100 camera?

It is attached to the PC and can be run via HAMAMATSU software, not by LABVIEW (2011) (NI MAX or VIs).

Labview driver from Hamamatsu website is installed. It is a frame grabber camera.

which NI Drivers are you using?
