The suggestions made by Jaime are the best workaround for creating a simulated device from LabVIEW. The MAX Copy Configuration VI will allow for you to load simulated devices into MAX from an already made configuration file. The following screenshot shows how to import from a configuration file that is in text format. This text file can be constructed in LabVIEW as long as you follow the specified format. I have included an example configuration file that simulates two devices. This file can be constructed in LabVIEW, allowing you to simulate the device entirely from the LabVIEW environment.

Thanks for all your support guys,
I understand that since these are not IVI compliant , these cannot be accessed from Labview. so I guess i some how need to take the config file as well along with the Exe to be created to replicate the similar MAX config.
