Having multiple cursors active

Hi!I am new to the cursors stuff. I have become familiar with how to activate cursors in the front panel. I have three waveforms in a single graph and the cursor detects the peak of each waveform. I need to do this programmatically. I did go through a few posted answers on using cursor list and active cursor but i am not able to figure out how to do it. I am finding the peak of each waveform and i want the cursor to move to that Y position. I tried all combinations and it works for juct one cursor and not the three. Can someone in detail tell me the steps to do it.
Thanks!
