So was I. Until I did this:
1) Removed all Labview versions from my machine
2) Installed LV 6.1
3) Installed LV 7.0
4) UnInstalled LV 6.1
I did this on three machines without issue.
Its a pain in the but, but it works.
Trying to install LV 7.0 AFTER removing other LV
versions I would get missing dll's, missing links,
Measurement exporor wouldn't work, other issues.
Refute me if you will, all I know is this method
worked for me.
