Where should my installer place the help file for a custom popup menu?

What do you want a user to be able to do with it? Do you have an option in your menu to open the help (possible but unusual) or do you want to let the user find it on their own in the help menu?

In the first case you could put it along the VIs for your tool, in the second case you have to put it in (a subdirectory) in the help directory.
