Help ! How can i combine serial read VI with my scan-va VI ?

how can i combine serial read VI with my scan-va VI ? Im using pic18F4520 and the function Usart for the serial transmisson. The result from the read string box (eg. 4.56 V 4567 uA ). i need to separate the output to display on the scan-va VI ( voltage box and current box ). After which, i need the output from voltage and current to plot a voltage vs current graph.
