Help on Internet application

1) Log in https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/homepage.html

2) click "inventory" Tab

3) select "Upload Inventory file" Tab

4) select the file type in a dropdown box

5) browse to inventory file and click upload button

6) click log out

I could not access anything meaningful from that link.  Please attach an image and/or a description about what you want to do.

What sort of an internet application is it?  What does it do?  Do you have any ideas about the technical details behind it?
