Help problems

Hi

Neither the "Open example" or the "Add to the block diagram" buttons work for me in the LabVIEW Help. When I click on them I just can hear the "click sound" but nothing more happens.

The Help system works through certain services. The specific servives depend on the version of LabVIEW that you are running. These services would have been installed and set to run automatically on system reboot. Check the list of services and look for those NI-related. There's a KnowledgeBase article somewhere that talks about this. You can search for it.

You can do a search on the tool pallet to find the vi's that you are looking for. This will also help you to get familiar with the location of the things that you are looking for.
