Help with Designing a PID Controller for a Peltier Device using myDAQ

I am working on designing a PID controller to regulate the temperature of a Peltier device, which is connected to a myDAQ device for data acquisition and control. The objective of this project is to achieve precise temperature control by leveraging the capabilities of the PID controller.

Please define:

• how do you measure the temperature?
• how do you drive the Peltier element?
• what is "precise"? How accurate do you want to control the temperature?
• what are the disturbances in your system?
• what have you tried so far and where are you stuck?
