Help with reducing Search area in an image

Hello folks

i need some assistance reducing the search area of an image which will undergo template matching.

i have made a VI which does not show any execution error but it cant reduce the searcg area, Hence i cant run the VI as well 

i have attached the pics which in which i will perform the template matching

Hi!

It looks like your template is larger (312 x 400) than the search area (60 x 120). This scenario will not generate an error, but the match will simply fail.
