First of all, debug the commands in hyperterminal. Once you have the syntax figured out, take the command string and use that as the top input of a concatanate string function. The second input of the concatanate string function should be a carriage return constant. The carriage return constant is on the string palette. From the documentation you attached, I don't think you should be including the "[" or "]" characters in the string but experimenting in hyperterminal should tell you all of that.

Hi,, I am playing with serial for serveral day. Could u pls help me. I send command to control servo moter with Hyperterminal, it works very well !!

After I check communication, I installed Labview 7 and use serial example to send the same command. But it doesn't work.

So I comeback to check with Hyperterminal again but the command that I sent doesn't work.

Do u have any Idea about this. I am very astronising about it.!!!
