As far as I remember, it's not possible.
anyway, place a VI refnum on your panel and go in diagram and search in the properties that you can control in your application ... maybe you can find something.

When you choose this option in the VI Properties, the front panel of your VI will use the default system colour palette. If your VI is loaded on another computer where they have set a different default palette, then all of the colours will change.

I would not recommend using this option. Another colour palette may have two similar colour that would then be your foreground and background (like navy blue lettering on a black background).
