Hide first plot in XYGraph

Hello,

I found many threads regarding my problem, but I did not find any useful. I have an XY Graph with multiple plots, and visible plot legend. I have enabled the plot visibility checkbox on the legend. It is very cool thing, but I am in trouble with the first plot visibility. I can not hide the first plot using its checkbox.

Can anyone explain why can not make the first plot hidden by its checkbox?

I found many workarounds how to make it hidden using property nodes, but the space is limited on the panel, so I do not want to place an useless button like: "Press to Hide the First Plot"

Woow, This is very very strange.

I tried this feature on my other PC and it works in LabVIEW 2011 I can hide the first plot

But on my other PC with 2012 I can not... 😞

Ohhhhhhhhhh .... fine... I am not really happy...  

Has LabVIEW 2012 SP1  been already released?
