Hiding the top bar of a VI - Labview 5.0

Hi, I'm using Labview 5.0 with Windows 98 SE to make a touchscreen keypad for an alarm system controller.  For security and aesthetics, I would like my vi to fill the entire screen, i.e. I would like to get rid of the whole top bar (title, tabs, menus and icons), scroll bars and Windows taskbar.  I can get rid of the Windows taskbar by deselecting the "Keep the Windows taskbar on top" and maximizing the Labview window.  According to this forum, it seems that it is possible to hide the top bar and scroll bars for Labview 7+.  Is there a way to do this with Labview 5.0?

Thanks

In this very old version of LabVIEW, you right click on the VI's icon and select VI Setup>Window Options. You can then select or deslect the various options.
