There is nothing wrong with the case structures, it's all abut the contents! And so far we can't see any "logic" anywhere. In the visible case you are trying to wire an array to a scalar indicator (thus the broken wires). We cannot comment on stuff we cannot see, so please attach your VI.

• Make sure all controls have reasonable default values
• Save for previous (2020 or below) if you use a newer LabVIEW version
• Explain in detail what the code is supposed to do, how you intend to use it (operate controls in what order, etc.) and what you expect to happen.

If you are a beginner in LabVIEW, you should learn "regular LabVIEW" before you attempt the complexities of "Real-Time LabVIEW".
