Not sure what the SV Toolkit is, but in general you can deactivate a license in the NI License Manager (under Programs -> National Instruments, on Windows). You should then be able to install the toolkit from whatever source your colleague used, or download it from NI's site, and activate it with the appropriate serial number. I cannot offer any comments as to whether the wording of your licensing agreement permits this transfer.
