How can I acquire image from Gigabit Ethernet camere (without XML file)?

I was trying to acquire image from a Gigabit Ethernet  camere.

But they donot have the XML file describing the camera attributes.

So How can I do without the XML file?

How to write this XML file?

Anybody could help me?
