I am using LabVIEW 8.5 and the FPGA Module NI PXI 7813R.
The volatge level for FPGA module is 0 to 3.3V. I need to use it with a hardware having 0 to 1.4V as the volatge level. Is there a good method to do this kind of level shifting?

Hi snehal24,
There are a variety of dual-supply bus transceivers on the market that can perform level shifting. Here's a good example:
