It is not at all clear what you want to do. I recommend that you follow the principle of "Write the Documentation First", and write down 3-6 sentences describing what you want to do. Describe the frame rate, how much data, what sort of processing, when do you want to process (before acquiring the data, while acquiring the data, after acquiring all the data, etc).
