How can I draw a 3d graph?

I have carried out a time-frequency analysis that I would like to draw in a 3D graph, how can I do it?

Did you take a look at the examples??
1. Go to Labview Help.
2. Click on Examples.
3. Click Fundamental
4. Click on Graphs and Charts
5. Click on 3D Graph examples

There are quite a few examples in this category and I am sure they would help you a lot.
