This error seems to be occurred during initialize of Keithley Device and it is failed to establish the communication with the connected device.

Sharing more information will be helpful (What are you trying to do? Connected with what kind of device? what is the interface used?)

It's weird because when I ran the Keithley Initialize VI, it can communicate with the Keithley SMU. It doesn't show any errors. I was trying to do a photocurrent spectroscopy run and used a Keithley 2611A SMU, which is connected to the computer via a GPIB cable. The GPIB cables were well-connected to the computer, so, I don't understand why the error appeared.
