I'm just wanting a price quote, but I don't see the product come up on their online instant-quote. I tried both the numbers
(888) 280-7645
and
(877) 388-1952
and while both start off with the NI automated message, the first number then leads me to a message concerning cisco asking me to enter my id. The second number, after my selections just rings once and then just indefinite silence.
I've actually tried several times - how is this possible? How can a company such as National Instruments have such poor customer service - especially when someone is wanting a quote?

I am pretty sure NI has moved to on-line quotes.
Some clicking around I found the Online Quote Resources link.
After adding a random item to my shopping-cart, I was able to request an online quote. (I was expecting a confirm/cancel, but there was none. Now I will be getting email SPAM from NI about something I am not interested in. LOL)
