How can I have a set/reset (flip/flop) and a selector between two signals

I would like to use some basic functions as we can find in simulink:

Set/reset  Flip flop

select between 2 values or signal with a true/false state.

A simple possible solution would be the Select-function. You can find it in the comparison palette.
