How can I transmit a video signal to TV?

Dear bzhnico_29  You have to use a video card supporting two monitors. Then you arrange your workspace so the media player only is visible on one monitor. The second monitor can be used for showing labview output. If your school is not willing to invest money in hardware. You may mask the part of the screen containing Labview controls. This is a student project, not a product for sale. So some "shortcuts" is allowed. Keep things simple. This is the best recipe for success in a student project. As I understand you have a video output on your video card. This output is a copy of your monitor output. You can not route the media player output to this output only ( ( as to my knowledge 😉 )Take a look at this product also it may help you http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/products/gxm/.

And good luck with your project!

On my video card (ATI) it's a driver option/function that overlay video is always full screen on secondary screen.

In the video control panel it's "video setting" or similar.
