How can I uninstall NI aplications without niuninstall.exe tool?

Can I download somehow niuninstall or should I simply delete it with delete key and then clean my registry? 

I have this problem since I had delete partition with NI and now I have totally mess in my registry.

At this moment the only solution will be to delete manualy uninstall.exe and clean registers, or reinstall windows.
