How can i get overlapping waveform? ^^

Have you gotten them to "overlap" by manually setting the instruments up? If you can't, then you've got one or both of the instruments set up wrong. Instrument B should be triggering on the leading edge of instrument A and the pulse width of instrument A has to be greater than the trigger delay of instrument B. And, like I said, your program needs to been completely rewritten to accomplish this.

I gave you an idea on how to rewrite it in my first post to this thread. Were you able to set it up manually? That's the first and most important step. If you don't understand how to do this from the instrument's front panel, you're just kidding yourself if you think you can write a program to do it. If you can do it manually, write down everything you did to setup the instruments and see what functions in the driver you need to duplicate that.
