How can you detect pannel close on a Pocket PC?

Is there a way to stop the application when the user taps on the "x" in the title bar on a Pocket PC. Currently, if a user does this, the application will continue to run in the background.

This happens with all Pocket PC applications (calendar, notes, etc) so I think we would have to do some Windows CE programming to detect if the user hit the "x" instead of hitting "exit" as they should. What I have done is put clear instructions on my front panel for the user to hit exit.
